What a past year we have all had.
Yet somehow, it definitely has not gotten any less busy.
Staying fit and healthy is a hard thing all on its own, let alone after 2020 restrictions got realer than we ever imagined.
Luckily for myself I started an at home fitness program a little over a month before everything went down and now I have been using P.Volve for almost a year now!
I am a stay-at-home mom that did not get out much before and realized I needed something for myself to stay fit and fill my cup so I could pour more into everything and all the littles around me better, and this certainly helped.

They have so many programs that fit anyone.
There are tons of workouts where equipment is not needed, though technically any workout you can benefit from even with no equipment.
They have workouts ranging from amazing 15 minute burns to over 60 minute intervals depending on your schedule and what area of your body you’d like to focus on.
They even have a women’s wellness section which I think is super cool.
They focus on micromovements that add up more than you realize and it is amazing.
It has taken me some practice but over the past year I have learned to move with better intention, and keeping my moves tighter and have seen major muscle changes over the past year.
I cannot wait to see how the next year goes and how I will be feeling at the beginning of 2022.
My P.Volve Review
P.Volve is one of the best decisions I have made for my health and for myself and keeps me happier.
While toward the beginning there would be some days I would not want to do it, I have enjoyed it overall from the start, and now I cannot wait to get my body moving a little bit each day, and push myself to feel those muscles when I am done.
