I love my BB-8 Sphero Droid, so I can only imagine that this one would be just as cool! You can download an app on your smart phone and control R2-D2, or you can use some coding skills to program him beforehand. This toy teaches your kids complete STEM activities, so they will get a jump start on their programming skills. It also comes with holographic simulation, which the BB-8 droid did as well. You tall it to project something, and it will shoot the projection into the air, which you can then view through your phone screen, but through the screen it looks like it is in your room. Super cool!

This toy will really stretch your kids imagination and help them in building their own really cool droid! The Droid Inventor Kit has a 4.4 star rating on Amazon with 56 customer reviews.
