I did not like it, the texts would not transcribe to the journal correctly. It would cut my entries off so there was no point t in using the text entry option. I d/c the app early and thought o did the membership but I was charged again the next year. So frustrating

I used queen sake lite for a year. I enjoyed making entries and could post a picture along with the entry. My intention was to order a book at the end of every year. After the year I went to do so and discovered I couldn’t even pay for a book without upgrading my membership. I was very disappointed and felt like I had wasted so much time. Paying for a membership and the additional $40 at least for the book is just too expensive in my opinion. I will be deleting the app.

In reply to Stacey. This is a gift for my daughter having her second child. Can I pay/subcribe for Queepsake and allow her all of the access to make up the book for baby #2? And can I also get a book in behind made for baby #1 by her mom? And a book going forward for both children? How do I do this. ? Very very interested

I normally don’t do product reviews but I had an amazing customer service experience yesterday with Qeepsake that I thought I’d chime in.
I got the app to document my first child’s (a girl!) first year. I’m bad at writing things down so the text method was ideal for me. But fast forward, after the first year, I stopped. I got my book, really high quality. I forgot to cancel my account and was charged for another year, my fault. I emailed the company and asked to cancel my account. I did not ask for a refund because it was my mistake. The next day they responded, canceling my account, and they refunded me! Unprompted and Unasked for!
Super impressed.
